destinations across African cities.

Project Name: AfrailX Floc® Duo Rail™ Mass Transit System Rollout in Africa

Type of Project: Greenfield

Location: Luanda, Angola (initial phase), with planned deployment across African cities, including Namibia, Rwanda,
Uganda, Malawi, and Zimbabwe.

The project aims to cover all major towns and cities across all 54 countries in Africa in its subsequent phases.

Purpose: To implement a cutting-edge, eco-friendly, and low-carbon urban mass transit system, improving
connectivity, reducing traffic congestion, and driving socio-economic growth across urbanizing regions in Africa.

Description:
The project involves deploying up to 1,000 Floc® Duo Rail™ pods and associated systems, starting with feasibility
studies and pilot implementations in Luanda, Angola, and expanding to other African cities. Phase One will focus
on six key locations:

• Oshakati/Ongwediva/Ondangwa/Oshikango, Namibia
• Luanda Province, Angola
• Kigali, Rwanda
• Kampala, Uganda
• Lilongwe, Malawi
